Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

The word 'Peanut' is displayed in the search field and the button 'Peanut' displays underneath. select 'Done' on keyboard. Item is not
selected. You need to click on the button again to select it. Can it rather be selected the first time you click on it?

CATEGORIES
On the Shop Page, under Shop by category, select icon 'Home Care'
The following sub-categories exist for this category:

Can the menu buttons for the sub-categories be arranged alphabetically?

Select category 'Beauty' and sub-category 'Anti-Ageing'. Under this sub-cat there are quite a number of items.
On the app can the items be displayed in alphabetical order? For e.g. Heliocare approximately 40 products under this category, but they are not all grouped together when scrolling through the list on the app.
SHOPPING CART
On the invoice document, can the format of amounts always display decimal points even if there are no cents.

Select a product and click on the 'Add to cart' button. Confirmation pop-up displays. Button then changes to 'No changes made'. This can be confusing, so could the wording be changed to 'Currently in cart'
Check out order for the following:

The total of the three order lines is 2,324.16, but the total of the invoice is 2,021.01. 15% has been added onto the line totals:

Addings Lists to Cart
Select a list and add to cart. Select another list and also add to cart. The combined items are in the cart as follows:

Click on the 1st item in the cart. the price is displaying incorrectly:

Change 'delivery' to 'deliver' in the following message:

On 'Delivery Options', select 'I'd like it delivered'.
Select an address that the pharmacy does delivery to. The message 'This pharmacy does not delivery to this area...' is displayed for a second before clearing.
CARD INFORMATION
Add a new card.
After all card details were captured and 'Pay & Vault Card' is selected, the following error message was displayed. 'The card number field must be 16 digits.
All the fields are now cleared again. Would it be possible to retain the data that was captured so that only the necessary amendment be made?

Process the submitted App order.
Card payment receipt is posted against the Client's Community Account:

What will be passed through to identify the App Client on the order? Currently picking list gives following detail:

On Invoice will the App Client be displayed for the Nampharm Client?

LISTS
Search for a product.
Click on the 'Tag' icon on the product.
On the 'Add product to list' view, click on the 'Add product to a new list' button.
Create new list 'Vitamins', click on 'Save list'
When returned to the 'Add product to list' view, it shows 0 Products added to that list.
You have to click on that list again to add the product.
When you click on the list again, it removes the item, however, you are unable to open the list from this view, so all the user will see is the number of products increasing or decreasing. Can view functionality be added here to open list?
CARD TRANSACTIONS
Click on the Wallet icon.
Select the card that transaction was posted against. No transactions history is displayed:


PRICE INCREASE
Create order with the following items:

Before the order is confirmed, increase the price of the Dr Rashel Black Soap
If you view the item on the App the new price is displayed:

Access the cart. The price is still showing as 98.17 for the item.
If you select the item within the cart, the In Cart Price displays as N$111.78.

When you return to the cart the original order price of 98.17 is still displayed:
On the Checkout it is still on 98.17.
Submit the order.
If there is a price increase before final checkout, this should perhaps be indicated at checkout. Customer can then opt to either accept on new price, or remove from basket.
Currently unable to order more than 45 items as ROS order validation blocks you. This validation will be removed.
